BIA Meeting Hall for Rent

The BIA has a meeting hall that measures 2,200 square feet with an adjoining kitchen (for use as a food staging area) and restrooms. The meeting hall is equipped with the necessary furniture to produce set ups such as classroom, theater or banquet style. The meeting hall can be subdivided in half or a quarter to offer privacy and intimacy for small groups.
The meeting hall comes equipped with a visual projection system (using a lap top computer) on to a wall mounted wide screen, audio system (radio or music CD) through recessed ceiling speakers, and a podium with a wireless microphone.
The prices to rent the BIA meeting hall are below:
Weekdays: Member $200 Non-Member $300
Weekends: Member $400 Non-Member $500
*All events require a $100 cleaning deposit.
