Las Cruces, NM - After 50 years as the Las Cruces Home Builders Association, the Board of Directors and membership have voted to change the name to "Building Industry Association of Southern New Mexico." The change became official on May 30, 2009. The BIA remains a part of a national organization consisting of over 200,000 members, the National Association of Home Builders and the New Mexico Home Builders Association.
