Mr. Hett-Dobricky is the Procurement Technical Assistance Program Advisor located at the Dona Ana Community College Workforce Development Center in Las Cruces New Mexico.

Previously Mr. Hett-Dobricky was the Director of an Illinois Procurement Technical Assistance Center.  In this role, he was responsible for consulting with clients on the market expansion opportunities available through the pursuit of government business opportunities.

Mr. Hett-Dobricky has significant experience in business development, including more than twenty years of experience in government and commercial contracting and procurement.  He has worked for such firms as Northrop-Grumman, Rockwell International, and Argonne National Laboratory.  While at Argonne National Laboratory, Mr. Hett-Dobricky was a member of the Advanced Photon Source Procurement Team where, in 1999, the Team received a National Partnership for Reinventing Government Hammer Award from the Office of the Vice-President of the United States.

Mr. Hett-Dobricky holds a Masters in Business Administration from Dominican University, a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Social Sciences from DePaul University, and a Master's Certificate in Government Contracting from George Washington University.

Professional designations include Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) and Fellow of the National Contract Management Association.  Mr. Hett-Dobricky is a former Illinois Community College Trustee and university lecturer in international business, marketing, and procurement.
